About Recipe: Ingredients: Semmya – 1 cup Milk – 5 cups Sugar – 1 cup cardamoms (Yalachi) Powder – 1 table spoon Kaju (Cashew nuts) - 10 raisins (Dry grapes) – 10 Gee – 4 table spoons Description: In a saucepan, heat ghee and whole semmya till light brown in colour. Remove from fire. In pan heat ghee, Add raisins and cashew nuts, and roast on low heat, stirring constantly and keep aside. Boil the milk on a slow flame for 5 minutes. Add fried semmya, cook till it becomes very soft and mushy and simmer. Stir in the sugar, cook for a few min. Now add the cardamom powder and mix well and remove from fire. Add cashew nuts and raisins. It can be served in hot or cold.
